Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and consult with customers professionally
- Listen to customer concerns and document repairs accurately
- Conduct pre-write-up vehicle inspections
- Coordinate with technicians and parts for efficient repairs
- Provide repair estimates and explain services to clients
- Schedule appointments and manage workflow
- Keep customers updated on repair progress
- Process payments and review completed services
- Build lasting customer relationships
Qualifications / Requirements:
- 2+ years service advisor experience preferred; will train the right candidate
- Strong customer service, communication, and organization skills
- Basic understanding of automotive repair and maintenance
- Positive attitude and team-oriented
